We had about fifty people come to City Farm on Saturday for the Urban Chickens I and II workshops! They demonstrated their commitment to learning about proper chicken care by sticking it out despite the chilly wind. And those who registered and stayed for the session on coop building actually constructed a coop from prepared components that afternoon! They pitched in wholeheartedly with drills and screws and levels and put together quite a stylish chicken condo. You can see photos of the completed coop (minus wire) in the slideshow below.
